1. Hulls: outer skins fiberglass. Deck & cabin-top: carbon fiber inner and outer skins, vinyl ester resin and Divinycell foam-sandwich construction.

3. Composite parts resin-infused to control resin content, optimise fiber ratio and improve strength-to-weight performance.
4. Thermo-formed core fabricated from 3D templates.
5. Beams, daggerboard, rudder blade, chainplates and main bulkheads built from pre-preg carbon, cured in an autoclave.
6. Carbon longitudinal stringers.
