Description
The Cure 48 captures the spirit of our larger performance models and distils it into a refined, highly capable 48-foot platform. Designed for sailors who value true offshore capability, thoughtful long-term liveability, and the exhilarating responsiveness of a lightweight performance multihull, the Cure 48 confidently sets itself apart in a highly competitive market. It is engineered to travel further, stay out longer, and manage more demanding conditions with ease and very few competing brands come close to offering such a generous standard specification.
Below deck, the layout has been designed with clarity and purpose. To port, two well-proportioned guest cabins share a bright bathroom with excellent light and ventilation, ideal for family cruising or hosting friends. The entire starboard hull is dedicated to the owner's suite, offering exceptional space, a generously sized forward bathroom with separate shower, and thoughtful storage for extended time aboard.
Up in the saloon, sweeping 360-degree views combine with exceptional natural ventilation to create a bright, inviting space. Large aft opening windows seamlessly connect the saloon to the cockpit, while the two forward opening windows draw fresh air through the interior, giving the entire saloon and galley a consistent, refreshing airflow. The galley is designed for genuine usability, offering extensive counter space, a central island with fridge and freezer drawers, and the capacity to operate all appliances through the boat's robust power system. The cockpit is equally generous, with comfortable seating to port and starboard and an additional forward-facing bench along the back beam -- an ideal spot whether underway or at anchor.
The Cure 48's capability comes into sharp focus when you look at what's included as standard. A 20kWh lithium battery bank, supported by a 3.4kW solar array and twin 57hp Yanmar engines, ensures reliable power generation and long-range autonomy. An 8,000W inverter supplies power to run the galley equipment wherever you are in the world. And with seven Harken radial winches and expertly led running rigging, sail handling is efficient, controlled, and easily managed by a small crew.
Combined with its lightweight E-glass construction, carbon reinforcements, and premium North Sails wardrobe, the Cure 48 delivers the performance to cover serious miles quickly and the systems, comfort, and storage to enjoy life aboard for as long as adventure calls.

The Cure 48 is equipped standard with a pair of Yanmar 4JH57C with sail-drive gearboxes. An option of 4JH80-C engines is also offered.
