Description
Beneteau Oceanis 41.1-year 2017. This boat has just undergone a major refit, as prior to the seller's purchase, it was looted in BVI. I have extensive documentation, pictures, on the refit and all work was professionally done.
Boat is registered in Delaware and is located in Saint Maarten, Caribbean. Engine has about 500 hours and recent service by Dealer-45HP Yanmar.
This is the 3 cabin, 2 head, shoal draft model and it was built in France.
Below are the items that were purchased new and professional installed:

Windlass, chain, anchor, and rode
Bimini canvas, cockpit cushions, bimini frame. (larger than stock)

The electrical panel replaced, and additional circuits/fuse blocks added

Converted to 110V and all major cabling replaced.

Boat looks great!. Hull is in pristine condition, as is all the new equipment. All work is done to high standards and with quality components.
MASTER CABIN
With its double door, bed head facing forward and the choice of an ensuite bathroom, the master cabin is unquestionably the most attractive feature of the Oceanis 41.1.
SWIM PLATFORM
Providing excellent protection under sail, the transom closing the aft of the yacht opens out to provide a huge swim platform. This affords direct access to the sea, while preserving space and comfort in the cockpit.
BRIGHT
The six large hull portholes fill the interior with an incredible amount of light.
