Deep draft keel for better sailing performance, 56 HP Yanmar with bow thruster, Iverson dodger / bimini / full enclosure, foldout transom / swimstep, in-mast furling main, 110% genoa, hydronic heat, "L" galley, 20 Kg anchor with 300' chain, Raymarine Axiom plotter, instruments, autopilot and AIS transceiver, Spectra 6 gph watermaker, dinghy with 2.3 HP outboard.
Why Marlow-Hunter instead of Hunter? In 2012, Hunter Marine was acquired by Marlow Yachts. David E Marlow embarked on upgrading the Hunter brand to a much higher standard. The influence of Marlow Manufacturing was reflected in the design, manufacture and quality of the Marlow Hunter line during its entire production run. Sage is a proud example of the Marlow-Hunter 40, sometimes referred to as the 40-2, refined and produced from 2014-2018.
This vessel is currently in the San Juan Sailing and Yachting charter program. Charter makes the ownership of Sage a much more affordable option.
