“Seven Senses” was handed over first in 2018, she sails under German flag and comes with a valid charter license for Spain as well as an EU-VAT paid status. All shipyard, register and maintenance documents of the last years are complete, the last full service has been carried out just recently (April 2025). Fitted with Elvstrom sails - full batton, Dacron main (54 sqm) and self-tacking, Dacron jib (38 sqm) as well as the (61 sqm) code 0 - and CE-A classified for up to 12 she awaits her new skipper to take her out to high sea.

As owner's version the port side hull is fully dedicated to the owner, thus does not only provide great privacy with other guests on board but also offers large spaces increasing comfort as well as an en-suite bathroom with expanded shower and a fitted washer-dryer. On starboard side she offers two more double cabins, both with bathroom en-suite, to accommodate in total up to 6, spread over both hulls. The full beam, iconic saloon door - and probably the most appreciated equipment making Bali CATs different to all other models of this range - operates electrically and enables the owner to “connect” the saloon to the outer decks and the sea creating a great atmosphere.

On the aft deck of this 4.3 Bali CAT there is a stainless-steel davit to house the AB alu-hull tender, available with Torqueedo 1003 Travel electric motor and a Go Engine 15hp outboard. Apart from the two bow lockers, the forward deck offers a superb lounge area for al-fresco dining as well as full beam sun pads to enjoy sunbathing. Unlike other models the 4.3 does not limit the flybridge to a pure helm station but also provides a cozy seating area port of the helm and an additional, large sun pad - surrounded by solar panels - inviting to linger - this, fully protected from sun or rain through the full beam bimini and sprayhood.

The light-flooded deck saloon stands out due to the large window areas allowing for a 360-degree visibility and cross ventilation even though the saloon door may in a moment not be opened for safety reasons, this due the sliding mechanism of the lateral windows and the lift mechanism of the central window by the kitchen. High quality electro-domestic appliances, out of which the 400l + 210l American style fridge / freezer combination with integrated icemaker surely catch immediate attention, are found in the fully equipped kitchen that allows serving between 6-8 on the height-adjustable saloon table.

This sailing catamaran impresses with its full equipment, among that the generator and both inverters, an air conditioning and separate heating system throughout the vessel, a water maker run by the principal engine, the 4 white under water lights and some water toys like a SUP and 3 Sublue dive scooters. The general condition can be described as very good due to the thorough use and care by the owner. “Seven Senses” is found in “turn-key-condition”, the FF-system as well as all lifesaving appliances, such as both rafts, the radio beacon (EPIRB) as well as the AIS SART are up-to-date in servicing.

“Seven Senses” offers the “full package” - the berth (buoy) in Mallorca, Portocolom, can be taken over for rent for the coming years if of interest, a unique opportunity for the Balearic Islands, that due to the central location and the existing infrastructure in the nautical sector are the ideal starting point for sailing trips in the Mediterranean.
