2013 Lagoon 450F – Silvi Squad (Formerly SV Everyday Saturday)

  • 3KW Solar & 1000Ah Lithium
  • US Flagged & Imported
  • Fully Remodeled Electric Galley
  • 4 Cabin Layout (non charter)

A rare opportunity to acquire a proven, fully equipped, and meticulously maintained family cruising catamaran. Unlike many vessels on the market, Silvi Squad has never been chartered, has no history of insurance claims or hurricane damage, and has been exclusively family-owned while full-time cruising and consistently upgrading.

The previous owners, brokers and founders of The Cruisers Company, invested over $110,000 in refits and upgrades to transform this vessel into a true off-grid powerhouse. Most recently, the vessel underwent a comprehensive survey in July 2025 with excellent results. The owner is willing to share survey to serious buyers.

Highlighted Features & Upgrades:
  • Off-Grid Autonomy: This is a vessel designed for self-sufficiency. Silvi Squad features a massive solar and comprehensive electrical upgrade, allowing for extended time at anchor, and without the need for constant generator or shore power.

  • Turn-Key & Proven: The best boats are those that have been actively lived on and continually maintained. With no major projects pending and a vast inventory of spares and redundancies included, she is truly "move-in ready."

  • Redesigned Galley: In 2023 a full galley refit transformed the space into an open, bright, functional, and genuinely enjoyable place to cook. The engineered marble countertops bring a clean, modern feel with bright white surfaces that open up the space.

  • Custom Hard Top Bimini: Added in 2023, the hard top bimini makes the spacious flybridge into "another room of the house." Whether you’re underway or anchored out, it functions like a second living room, catching the breeze, soaking up the view, and giving you full 360° visibility from the helm. It’s equal parts lounge, lookout, and command center; another room in the house!

Additional Units Included

  • 2023 Highfield 380CL

Exterior & Deck
Three words: versatility, space, and sailability. The Lagoon 450 nails all three. Its size often flies under the radar because people assume “450” means it’s just a 45-foot boat, lumping it in with others like the Leopard 45 or Helia 44. But the reality? The Lagoon 450 is 45 feet 10 inches long which makes it more like a 46-foot catamaran. And here’s the kicker: it’s even a full foot wider than the popular Leopard 45.

When you compare the beam (width), the 450 comes in nearly 1 foot 6 inches wider than anything else in the 45-foot class. That added width, stretched across the full length of the boat, translates to a massive amount of extra space—saloon, cockpit, storage, heads, showers, deck… it all feels bigger, because it is. All that coupled with the very practical use of the flybridge deck space and you have the most versatile and spacious boat in its class. It’s the boat that becomes the go-to for all your buddy boat hangs and dinner gatherings!

That wider footprint also means more comfort at sea. She’s stable, spacious, and surprisingly smooth under sail. And speaking of sailing: the Lagoon 450 sails just as well, if not better, than most of its peers. It’s a cruiser’s boat through and through, with great handling and a layout that makes passagemaking feel effortless.

Oh, and here’s something most people overlook: the 450 draws just 4.3 feet. That’s shallower than most other boats in its category, which means you can tuck into those dreamy anchorages that others can’t reach.

Salon & Galley
The galley on Silvi Squad is truly one of a kind amongst Lagoon 450’s. In 2023 a full galley refit transformed the space into an open, bright, functional, and genuinely enjoyable place to cook. The engineered marble countertops bring a clean, modern feel with bright white surfaces that open up the space. The counters were extended a couple inches to add more counter space than stock. The three very small factory sinks were replaced with a large basin sink paired with a smaller drying sink, an efficient induction cooktop (with a backup still in the box for redundancy) and added ample storage throughout. Cooking is a massive part of what makes a great boat-life experience and this very practical and workable galley makes that possible!

The design of the 450 was so far ahead of it’s time, it has remained timeless. The flow from the cockpit to the salon and all the inside/outside space for lounging, hanging, cooking, and serving is a small part of what has made the Lagoon 450 one of the worlds most sold catamarans of all time.

Starboard Cabins & Heads
The best layout for families! Don’t mistake this for a “charter version”. When the first family ordered it they wanted a 4 cabin model so it has some unique live-aboard features that charter versions do not have, like extra storage. The starboard hull aboard this Lagoon 450 has been thoughtfully configured for real family cruising. It offers two private cabins each with loads of storage, connected by a long, quiet hallway that creates genuine separation from the salon and port hull.

Stepping into the aft cabin, you’re greeted with a full queen berth, generous storage, and an en-suite head with a separate shower. Natural light, ventilation, and privacy make it a comfortable retreat after long passages or full days at anchor. Moving forward down the private hallway, you’ll find the tapered queen berth in the forward cabin with its own full head. For guests or older kids, this layout provides independence and quiet from the rest of the boat.

Because this vessel was outfitted intentionally for family, off-grid cruising, the forward shower stall has been converted into a dedicated deep freezer space. For serious liveaboard families and long-range cruisers, cold storage is literally freedom. The added freezer dramatically expands provisioning capability. Stock up on proteins before remote passages, take advantage of bulk buys in lower-cost ports, and reduce marina runs and reliance on staying near cities so you can stay out longer, comfortably. No permanent changes or modifications were made to the shower so if you’d prefer to have the shower available, simply remove the deep freezer and turn the water on.

Many Lagoon 450 owners discover that four separate showers are unnecessary for private use. Converting one into deep storage is a practical move for full-time liveaboard priorities.

Port Cabins & Heads
The port hull has been configured as the ideal owner’s side, with the aft cabin offering the most storage onboard and the longest private hallway, creating excellent separation and making it the natural master stateroom. The en-suite features a spacious walk-in shower with shower door for added comfort during extended cruising. Beneath the hallway sole (floor), the watermaker is neatly installed with controls easily within reach, keeping systems accessible, quiet, and out of the living space.

Forward, the tapered queen berth provides space and comfort along with generous storage. This cabin also houses a brand-new 7kg washing machine in a dedicated cabinet, a major upgrade for liveaboard convenience. The forward head includes additional drawer storage in the shower space, currently used to expand pantry capacity for off-grid cruising.

Engines & Mechanical
One glance at the engines and generator, and you know the story. This is not a hard-run charter vessel. It is an owner-maintained cruising boat. There's a big difference. Oil and filters have been changed consistently at manufacturer-recommended intervals, and routine service has been performed proactively rather than reactively (maintenance log available). Both engine rooms are clean, dry, and free of corrosion, reflecting careful oversight and preventative maintenance rather than deferred upkeep. Engine and generator hours remain notably low for her age, underscoring light private use and responsible ownership.

Upgraded Off-Grid Electrical System
This vessel is fully off-grid capable, powered by a top-tier suite of Victron hardware and industry-leading components throughout. She’s equipped with 3,000 watts of bifacial solar panels mounted to a massive stern solar arch. This not only gives the panels the best unshaded view of the sun all day, but also makes an incredible “patio cover” to keep the elements out of the cockpit. The solar is routed through Victron MPPT controllers, charging a hefty 1,000Ah lithium battery bank made up of USA-made Battle Born Batteries. Occasional shortfalls in solar charging on cloudy days are quickly made up for using the powerful and reliable Cummins Onan 11kW generator, which can handle nearly all major loads running at the same time if needed.

At the core of the system is a powerful 5kW Victron Quattro Inverter/Charger, giving you seamless power to all onboard systems. The entire boat has been wired to run exclusively off the inverter if desired—including the air conditioning, washer/dryer, watermaker, water heater, induction cooktop, electric oven, and more. Shore power optional! You’ll notice the genset hours are extremely low for the year as a result of this high producing power plant.

The Victron Cerbo is the brain that ties it all together. It allows you to monitor every detail of power usage from the Victron GX Touch 50 display or directly from a smartphone/tablet. With Starlink connected, you can even see the electrical system status from anywhere in the world if you leave the boat!

In practical terms, the system performs exactly as designed for full-time cruising. Morning battery state typically sits around 60 percent and returns to the mid-80s by late morning under normal sun conditions. High-draw systems such as the watermaker and water heater can be operated mid-day while solar input continues to replenish the bank, with full charge routinely achieved by mid-afternoon. The result is true autonomy and highly reduced generator dependence.

This is a European 230V/50hz vessel, but is adaptable to American 240v/50hz/50A shore power. There are step down transformers on board that convert 230v to 120v so US appliances can be safely used. Keep in mind, most of the world runs on 230v/50hz so it turns into a big bonus when you leave the states!

Electronics & Communications System
The vessel is equipped with a full suite of recently upgraded Raymarine electronics (2022-2024), highlighted by the addition of a Raymarine Axiom 12 MFD at the salon navigation station, fully networked to the helm display. This upgrade allows complete system control and monitoring from inside the saloon, including charting, radar, and autopilot functions via the Raymarine Smart Remote. Combined with the Lagoon 450’s excellent salon visibility, the nav station becomes a highly functional watch station, offering clear sightlines while maintaining full access to radar and navigation data for night passages or adverse conditions. Our sail plan in bad weather was always to drop all sails and go enjoy the calmness of the saloon and nav station.

Dinghy & Outboard
Upgraded to a 2023 Highfield 380 Classic aluminum RIB paired with a 2022 Suzuki 25hp 3cyl outboard. This oversized tender planes easily with 6-8 people and gear. This was a $12,500 upgrade that you won’t have to worry about for a long time. It’s ideal for all day exploring, loads of provisioning, and being able to cover long distances with speed. It’s your second vehicle, as important as the boat, and it’s a good one. Custom protective chaps added in 2024 to protect the ribs from the sun.

Flexofold Props
The vessel was upgraded in 2024 with 3-blade folding Flexofold propellers, providing a significant performance boost over the standard factory setup. Under power, these propellers deliver much higher thrust and improved maneuverability.

When under sail, the blades fold to drastically reduce underwater drag. This allows the boat to maintain higher speeds and better efficiency in light wind conditions. Additionally, the folding design eliminates the noise and mechanical wear caused by fixed propellers that constantly rotate the transmission while the boat is moving. This results in a quieter cabin and a longer lifespan for your drive train.

Survey
A comprehensive out-of-water survey was completed in July 2025 by a reputable marine surveyor. The full report is available for review with serious inquiries following a initial vessel viewing or discovery call.

Bulkheads
The Lagoon-issued bulkhead reinforcement service bulletin was professionally completed by an authorized Lagoon service facility. The official Lagoon certification is available, along with photos showing some of the the process and clear shots of the exposed bulkheads, which were in good condition prior to the reinforcement. This work was done proactively and by the book as soon as Lagoon issued the recall, so the next owners can sail confidently knowing this common concern has been addressed.

Showing Location & Showing Details
