Description
This CNB 60, built in 2013, was delivered to its first owner in 2016. This explains its excellent condition and remarkable maintenance. The standing rigging has just been replaced. The yacht is equipped with a carbon mast and all modern comforts. It comes with an extensive set of sails, making it highly performant while still ensuring exceptional onboard comfort.
Although this boat was built in 2013, it actually only started being used from 2016.
Between its launch and this first commissioning, it remained at CMB, stored safely and unused. Therefore, it can be considered that this vessel is, in fact, newer than it might suggest.
Technically, PARADIGME is equipped with a 3-meter long keel with lead ballast. All the sails are in perfect condition. The vessel has two spinnakers: one has never been used and the other has only been used three or four times. The staysail is a North Sails 3D carbon.
The staysail furler, originally undersized, a known weak point on some CNBs, has recently been replaced with a more powerful model, allowing for safe sail reduction in winds over 20 knots.
The mainsail and the genoas are also in excellent condition (in seamless membrane).
Regarding the rigging, the carbon mast has a notable advantage in terms of maintenance compared to aluminum: unlike anodization, which degrades over time, the varnish on carbon ages very well.
It was actually redone only because PARADIGME spent a long time in the Caribbean, under intense sunlight.
In European conditions, a carbon mast generally requires less maintenance than an aluminum mast.
While sailing, PARADIGME has covered nearly 30,000 nautical miles, mainly with a reduced crew.
François and his wife are not large individuals and have always handled PARADIGME as a duo, without any difficulty, which attests to the ease of use and coherence of the deck plan.
PARADIGME has never suffered any damage, has never touched the ballast, and is currently in very good condition.
The owner is therefore fully aware of the quality and positioning of his vessel in the market.

The Bordeaux 60 is the first model of the new CNB Yachts range, built by CNB: as such, she takes full advantage of an over twenty years expertise in the design and building of superyachts.
With Briand Yacht Design for the exterior and the interior by Couëdel Hugon Design (International Superyacht Awards in 2003 & 2007), the Bordeaux 60 combines modernity with original lines:
Offshore: the Bordeaux 60 is designed to swallow up the miles with ease. Featuring the ideal weight distribution for secure performance in heavy seas, extremely well-equipped yet clear deck layout, exceptional autonomy.
Simple: Thanks to its simple, efficient and safe deck layout, the Bordeaux 60 is also highly appreciated as it is so simple to manoeuvre even with a small crew. All manoeuvres are controlled from the steering stations, as the sheet and halyard winches are grouped in the aft of the cockpit. The engine room is accessed directly below the saloon floor. Finally, moving about on deck is much easier and much safer.
Comfortable: a spacious and bathed in light saloon and galley, where the galley is located in the centre of the boat, where pitching is less perceptible, for greater comfort. The owner’s cabin, which many people prefer in the bow for more space and natural light, has a dressing room, a vanity table / desk, an extra-large bathroom, and silent electric toilets. Finally, the perfect blend of materials of colours made by the designer Hervé Couëdel, creates a harmonious and relaxing atmosphere aboard the Bordeaux 60, while leaving owners the freedom to add their own personal touch to the interiors.
Reliable: The aluminium framework is a special CNB feature. Made by our own superyacht metalworkers, it also improves the Bordeaux 60’s rigidity and also makes access to the engine room and machinery much simpler. Fastened inside the vacuum-infused hull, the aluminium structure ensures solidity and, therefore, safety. The keel and the mast, for example, are directly integrated into this structure. The structural components of our yachts (hull, deck and bulkheads, etc.) are made of composite vacuum-infused materials. This process provides excellent control over the boat's weight and and excellent sound and heat insulation inside the boat.
Performant: Philippe Briand has designed a fast hull that has proved its worth on more than one occasion (JP Morgan Round the Island Race, ARC ...).
Customisable: outside (choice of the rig or of the keel, teak deck joints, color of the hull …) wether inside (wood finish choice, specific layouts ...), all specific demands of our customers are studied by CNB.
From the Design department to the workshops, the Bordeaux 60 has been the object of particular attentions: practical details making life on board easy (manoeuvring lines led back to the cockpit, access to the engine room, tender garage…), finish quality and choice of the best materials, without compromise. Until handover by our own crews.
Each Bordeaux 60 is the fruit of a personalized relationship between the owner and the shipyard. An elegant, refined, comfortable, fast and seaworthy boat, each Bordeaux 60 is unique.
