Description
The Amel 55 is designed for ease of sailing by a couple. These boats come with solid handrails; a hard-top wheelhouse sheltering a large helmsman's seat; watertight bulkheads throughout; composite decks; and high gross mahogany interiors. These quirkly French bluewater ketches are regularity seen crossing oceans and anchored in bays all over the world.
Marina, is a 2012 Amel 55 and comes with 2 cabins 3 heads, custom Hermes leather interior cushions, a Steyr diesel with only 1,900 hours, new standing rigging (2021), furling sails, an inflatable dinghy on Simpson davits, a 100 l/day watermaker, and full navigation and communication electronics including two autopilots.
This is a US documented vessel and all tariffs and import duties have been paid.

Marina has a large main salon with sliding dining table, retractable TV Bar and U-shaped Galley to port. A large navigation station to opposite the galley to starboard. The interior is finished in walnut with oak flooring, LED spotlights, AC outlets, and ample storage throughout.
The U-shaped galley has large Corian countertops, a deep Corian sink, stainless steel 4-burner ENO stove/oven, front opening fridge, separate 2-draw fridge, dishwasher, and deep freezer below the stbd settee in the main salon.
