Bavaria Yachtbau - BAVARIA CRUISER 45 (2010) - Total comfort for long cruises

This 2010 Bavaria Cruiser 45 is designed to offer real comfort, exceptional space, and total autonomy, combining livability of a larger yacht with simple and safe handling.

From the first glance, its vocation for relaxation is evident:
at the bow, we find a dedicated sunbathing area, perfect for enjoying the bays in total privacy.
At the stern, the electrically operated PLATFORM with remote control, entirely made of teak, transforms into a beautiful terrace over the sea, spacious and scenic, complete with a stainless steel swim ladder.

Interiors: four real cabins, three full bathrooms, light everywhere.

With its 13.60 meters in length and 4.35 meters in width, this vessel offers surprising volumes.

The interiors are extremely bright and airy, featuring:

A separate shower, large and truly comfortable
The dinette is large, welcoming, and convertible: the folding table creates an additional double bed, increasing the accommodation capacity without sacrificing comfort.
The kitchen, located next to the living area, is complete and designed for long stays on board: double refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, stove, sink, and ample storage space. It is a boat that allows living on board for weeks with the same comfort as home.

There is also a chart table with an integrated instrument panel, well organized and functional.



The large teak cockpit, with a central table that opens for 6 comfortable people, is the heart of outdoor life. It is protected by a sprayhood and bimini, ensuring comfort both while sailing and at anchor, providing shade and protection in any condition.

Double steering.
Integrated Plastimo Olympic 135 compasses.
All instrumentation is brought outside and includes:

- B&G Triton autopilot
- Zeus 3 GPS plotter
- Wind pack, depth sounder, and log
- Simrad 3G radar
- Raymarine Ray 53 VHF

All maneuvers are led back to the cockpit for simple management even with a reduced crew.
The boat is equipped with:

- 6 Harken winches
- Furlex furling system
- Selden furler
- Quick electric anchor windlass with 50 m of Ø10 mm chain and 25 kg Delta anchor
- Bow thruster, essential for precise maneuvers in port

4 electric bilge pumps plus one fixed manual, sea valves controlled (2 new in 2025) and certified equipment.


Energy autonomy: this unit is configured to offer real long cruise autonomy.
Two 100W solar panels work in synergy with a battery system consisting of 2 standard batteries plus 1 long-lasting lithium battery, ensuring reliability, extended charge cycles, and greater efficiency over time.

The result is a boat capable of staying at anchor for long periods without the need to use the engine to recharge, a concrete plus for those who love independence.


Engine and technical part: constant maintenance
Volvo Penta D2-55 with 53hp, with folding Volvo 3-blade propeller.
The 8,000 engine hours are accompanied by meticulous maintenance, complete overhaul, and the use of top-quality spare parts.
Not a neglected engine, but a unit kept active and professionally maintained.

Certifications and appraisals 2025

In 2025, the vessel underwent:
- Complete technical appraisal with sea trial
- Insurance appraisal with verification of systems and electronics
Hull, lightweight aluminum mast, double steering with stainless steel stock, new 2023 sails (main and genoa in Dacron) and systems have been verified and found compliant.
