New to Market!! This beautifully maintained Hunter 36' is a great example of pride of ownership and she won't be around long! Located at the beautiful Marriott Marina in downtown San Diego!!

Some recent work completed:

• Haul out and bottom paint in spring of 2025 
• New sensors for temperature, speed, and depth 
• Shaft seal was replaced, spring 2025
• Solar was installed fall of 2025 with four flexible panels connected to a Victron charged controller. Two unused panels are included. The system is connected to 2 4D AGM batteries.
• Engine was serviced throughout 2025 with oil change,  new water pump, fuel filters, new belts, alternator, and a new water pump pulley. 
• Heat exchanger was also cleaned by a professional in early 2025. 
• Electric head with freshwater flush 
• Upgraded Raymarine chart plotter. 
• Other accessories and tools presently on the boat will be included with the sale. 
• Polymer wax applied in early 2025  
• Factory equipped with a galvanic isolator and newer water heater. 
• An 11 foot dual hull zodiac dingy with 15 hp mercury seapro fuel injected outboard are included with the sale. 
• Also includes a small inverter to power the TV while underway. There are two refrigerator freezers on board, along with a convection/traditional dual purpose microwave. 
• The vessel has been professionally cleaned top, and bottom regularly. 
• The engine is equipped with an automatic fire suppression system.  There is also auto pilot with a folding wheel. The boat is located at the Marriott in a 40 foot slip.
