This is a 2007-year build Etap 28s, which the current owner has owned since 2010 and has maintained the boat to a very high standard. 

Featuring the optional ETAP tandem keel, which is designed to give the same performance
as a conventional shallow keel but with significantly less draft, means that this sailing yacht is able to operate in more shallow waters.

The Etap 28s is a virtually unsinkable sailing yacht due to its double hull construction filled with foam, meaning it will stay afloat in the harshest of conditions. The double skin construction also extends to the deck and coach roof obviating the need for internal linings, while also minimising condensation.

Offering a surprisingly spacious and light cabin, the layout includes a spacious feel to the saloon, practical galley, separate heads/shower room and comfortable sleeping accommodation for four people. 

The Etap 28s combines classic reliability with contemporary comfort, which is a perfect choice for sailors who want to combine safety, fun and comfortable cruising.
