The Dufour 485 GL is a modern vessel with clean lines and a strong, appealing design, typical of Dufour Yachts. Born during the golden age of the French shipyard, the Dufour 485 GL has been the dream of European sailors for many years. The year 2007, when the Dufour 485 GL was born, was a time of great changes; the first opening transoms began to appear, and the mainsails started their growth, which would lead them to become the dominant sail in a few years, while jibs would become increasingly smaller. Inside, dark woods still dominate, but the volumes are beginning to reflect the significant increase in maximum beam.
