This Tartan 410 has been a labor of love for the owner since 2007, but now it’s time to part with her. She has been well-maintained by both the owner and the yard, with every maintenance task performed under the owner’s supervision. Any issues found in her upkeep or construction have been promptly addressed.
She has all of the shore-side comforts that most people look for. Air conditioning with reverse cycle heat and a dockside water feed that makes her a comfortable place to spend extended time on
In 2022, her bottom was blasted and barrier-coated. She received a new Quantum main and jib in 2021, and a new inverter in 2023. Additionally, a new four-bladed Max Prop was installed in 2021. The seller has also crafted the Dodger, Bimini, cockpit cushions, and fitted sheets.

Accommodations
Forward cabin has a large comfortable V-Birth with under bunk storage. There is a vanity and sink to port and a large storage locker to starboard. The forward hatch and opening ports provide excellent ventilation . The large opening panel in the forward bulkhead provides airflow thru the entire boat.The U-shaped settee to port will accommodate your guests and can be converted to a double if needed.

The forward cabin features a spacious and comfortable V-berth with storage underneath. To port, there is a vanity and sink, while a large storage locker is located to starboard. The forward hatch and opening ports ensure excellent ventilation, and a sizeable opening panel in the forward bulkhead allows for airflow throughout the entire boat. The U-shaped settee to port comfortably accommodates guests and can be converted into a double bed if needed.
