1998 Hunter Passage 450 Center Cockpit Rare 2 Owner boat
Fiberglass Arch, Shoal Draft Bulb Wing Keel, Furling Mast with a brand new Ullman Sails Mainsail and Genoa
The current owner has done several upgrades such as brand new B & G Electronics, new running rigging, new batteries, new inverter, etc

Tachometer with the engine hour meter was replaced in the past. Estimated engine hours to be approximately 500.
Kohler 8KW factory installed generator only has 50 hours on it
Grunert A/C Refrigeration System
This vessel has a lot of loose uninstalled gear such as a high Output Alternator, serpentine belt kit, and voltage regulator. That can be included with the boat based on negotiation and the final purchase price
(Loose Gear) New Ellbogen motor mounts for the Yanmar Main Engine
There is a new inflatable dinghy and outboard. That also possibly could be included based on negotiation.

New LED Navigation Lights installed forward and aft. Tricolor light on the mast. Steaming lights and deck lights manufactured by Marinebeam
Interior cabin lights upgraded to Marinebeam LED lights
