Description
$300,000.00 TO REPLACE THIS FRESHWATER ONLY BENETEAU 381 IS A STUNNING VALUE ! ! Further she still qualifies for 15 year financing as a 2nd home.
Almost 13' wide with the two cabin one head layout, this Beneteau 381 originally purchased from a Tennessee Beneteau dealer she has light use/low hours (only 250 hrs approximately) and is a "FRESH WATER BOAT ONLY", thus represents a much better value as pre-sailed boat than any Saltwater similar competitor. The interior shows the lack of use and is complimented by the wonderful headroom to accommodate a 6'7" crew. She is a great sailing boat, but makes a great weekend cabin too.
TAKE A LOOK @ THE PHOTOS!!! More to come !
And then there is the equipment which includes a dual Air Conditioning / Heat set up, huge bimini, Autohelm 6000+ autopilot, manual windlass, in-mast furling, huge V berth with extra stand up room and uniquely has a "hiding" vanity w/ pressure water (great for guest), battery charger and, refrigeration. So, look @ all the other 381's available and you'll find this 381 your best purchase.
Currently located @ in Nashville, Tn., she is centrally located to assist in easy transportation regionally or nationally. With only a 50' mast height, if we were to launch the boat for you on the Cumberland River or on the Tennessee Tom Bigbee Waterway, she can be transported to most any port in the world under its own bottom more often than not without striking the rig. Or if it suits better, we stand ready to offer you a turn key purchase by delivering, launching and rigging this boat with our own "air ride" equipment within reasonable distances. Just let us know what works best for you.
Come get this wonderful high quality Beneteau 381 while interest rates are taking a pause. Interest is in most cases deductible as a second home tax deduction. Lowered from 91K to 89,900 and NOW to 82,500, a reasonable offer may net you this lovely Beneteau 381 !! FRESH WATER, LOW HOURS, with in-mast furling and centrally located !!

Accommodations
Spacious interior with a large "U"shaped settee with lowering table for making into another berth on the Starboard side with a double settee on the port side in front of the galley. This is a single head/shower version and rather than 2 modest aft berths she has one Very Large aft berth with entrance on the portside just aft of the galley. The built-in double Air Conditioning/heat certainly is a delight. The comfort of this 381 Beneteau is tremendous.
The "V" berth is a large 79" x 49" berth and includes a vanity under a shelf on the starboard side. The Charter version of this boat included another full head/shower where this vanity sink is located but it would greatly limit the forward Berth size. This version would be preferred by most sailors.

Cockpit / Aft
Open Transom design with deep stern swim ladder & large swim platform leads you to the sizeable cockpit. The wheel steering mounts to a very solid fiberglass pedestal that features a slight green acrylic/lexan cover to the instruments, a large Plastimo compass double leaf table, drink holders and a sliding top storage area in the center of the unit. Further the engine controls are mounted to the starboard side of the pedestal. The cockpit is tasteful with the inlaid teak that while bringing a sense of richness keep footing decent with the fore & aft grooves. There is a VERY DEEP lazerette on the starboard side of the cockpit offering incredible storage. All halyards and in-mast sail controls are led to the front of the port side forward with line keeper to maintain order. To cap everything off, no pun intended, there is an enormous stainless steel sunbrella bimini with good head room that can be enjoyed while sailing - she is very wide/see photos.
