Description
The Beneteau Oceanis 36 CC “Grappa” is a well-maintained, thoughtfully upgraded centre-cockpit cruising yacht designed to provide both comfort and safe handling at sea. The yacht benefits from new standing rigging installed in 2020 by M2 rigging specialist here in Marmaris, highlighting the owner’s commitment to proper maintenance and ensuring reliability for future sailing. The vessel is powered by a Volvo Penta MD2040 engine upgraded to 40 HP, which was selected as an optional and more powerful alternative to the standard 28 HP engine. This upgrade significantly improves the yacht’s engine performance and manoeuvrability, providing better control during harbour manoeuvres as well as increased reliability and efficiency under power.
The spacious centre cockpit layout offers excellent protection and visibility while sailing. All primary sail controls are led aft, allowing easy management of the furling headsail and mainsail systems directly from the cockpit. This arrangement simplifies sail handling considerably and makes the yacht particularly suitable for short-handed cruising.
Below deck, the interior volume is impressive for a yacht of this size. The aft owner’s cabin is notably spacious and airy, featuring a large offset double berth, seating area, dressing table, and generous locker space. Forward, the yacht offers an additional double cabin. At the same time, the well-proportioned saloon offers comfortable seating around a folding table that converts into an extra double berth when required.
The galley is another highlight of the vessel, offering generous working surfaces, twin stainless-steel sinks, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, and ample, easily accessible storage. This makes the boat well-suited for extended cruising and live-aboard comfort.
The vessel is also well equipped with navigation electronics, a Stainless Steel Arch, upgraded electrical systems including solar panels and lithium batteries, and a comprehensive inventory of safety equipment and spare parts, making her a practical and capable cruising yacht ready for new adventures.
