Description
Sailing yacht with a GRP canopy, Nauticat 35, built in 1996 by Siltala Yachts, all boats, plenty of accessories. Good sailing performance, quality construction and craftsmanship, well maintained. The layout is cozy but spacious enough for two couples or a family. The yacht is moored in a club marina in Porto, Portugal. Affordable mooring /1401 EUR per year/, crane and 21 days on land included. Maintenance done August/September 2024/oil, filters, etc. Also available: 6x color, 2x antifouling. It is very easy to see what is happening.
Kabinen
Classic teak interior, 2 cabins and steering position, 4 (+1) beds, ceiling height 1.91 m, dining area in the salon with panoramic view, 2 toilets and showers, air heating Ebespacher diesel + Canadian diesel heating. Kitchen: electric hot water system with pressurized water, boiler for engine and 220V, refrigerator, two-burner stove.
