CONSTRUCTION

RCD Status:
•    Our understanding is that the yacht is exempt from the Directive 94/25EC (Recreational Craft Directive) as she was first placed into use prior to 16th June 1998.

Hull Construction:
•    Hull laminated from male mould
•    E-glass Kevlar impregnated under vacuum in epoxy matrix
•    Solid lamination on selected points
•    Structural bulkheads advanced composite materials vacuum packed in epoxy matrix
•    Carbon fibre chainplates for the new mast - 2005
•    The floor structure is composed of longitudinal reinforcements with primary transverse reinforcements
•    Sacrificial foam PVC crash section in the bow
