Description
LOCATED on beautiful Sardis Lake one hour south of Memphis ! ! !
THIS VISION 32 IS THE BEST ONE on the market due to its above the curve condition and gear and age. She is a boat that you and your wife would enjoy entertaining on with your family.
FLASH ! ! Motivated to sell, the owners have lowered the price now to ONLY 37,800.00 This is a huge amount of a great sailboat for a very reasonable price particularly given the great condition of the boat. A tremendous value particularly given that replacement price if made today would be a minimum of $275,000.00 ! ! In the condition she is 37,800 is Outstanding ! !
Equal or more important is the fact that THIS FRESH WATER VISION 32 is easily the MOST FINANCEABLE VISION 32 CURRENTLY AVAILABLE as she is a 1994, one of the last ones built and can qualify for 15 year financing. Through USAA, if you are ex-military she is very financeable. This Vision32 is around 350/month !! - - and in most cases the interest is deductible as a 2nd home netting you an after tax cost of around 280/ month. A golfing habit will cost you more.
Your first mate will be on your side to buy this boat as it is unusually clean and represents the level of boat that you both would be VERY pleased with compared to most you find that are older, rougher, and bring into question future expenses. This boat is a REAL VALUE as there is nothing to do but go sailing. Built-in Air Conditioning, Ray Marine Tri Data (knotmter, depthmeter, log) and Ray Marine windspeed/wind direction meter equipped, take a look at the "full specs" section above and you'll be impressed with this yachts equipment. A new battery charger was added in October 24.
An additional advantage to this Vision 32 is that she had new bottom paint in August 2024 including complete reworking of the epoxy barrier to the keel surfaces.
Also, beware that Rooke Sails can easily relocat this boat with our own equipment within reasonable distances to help relocate the boat if necessary.
This Vision 32 is an amazingly EASY boat to sail short handed and fast. That is the value to the huge main and rather small jib. That is one of the prime reasons the current owner chose the Vision 32 to start with. And when it comes to comfort, the Vision 32 is stable and virtually without equal in space and layout until you get to boats over 35 feet. And typically when you do get a 35 plus size boat - sloop rigged - - you'll have a lot more to deal with than with the manageable easy to handle rig on the Vision 32.
With the mast noticeably forward, the entire interior prospers from an open uncluttered main cabin. With the intelligent European layout of the aft head & shower (enormous) and huge double aft berth there is literally more space than most 35'ers. Look at the icebox/storage in the "island" in the portside/middle of the cabin. This affords access to crew from front or rear and adds to counter top space for entertaining, etc. A tremendous layout and design. In fact, it would be hard to imagine a better boat for a live-aboard for anything this writer has seen 35' or below. I remember holding court in a Vision 32 after a Regatta some years ago with what seems like half of the sailing club and one of the participants who owned a Beneteau 42 made the claim in amazement of the interior room by stating that " Chris, this boat is bigger than my 42 Beneteau in the main cabin". I would add that the Vision has a bigger aft berth and shower than the 42 Beneteau and is one heck of a lot easier to sail than his 42.
Add to this the large cockpit with open transom and you have one of the best laid out and most enjoyable "family cabin sailboats on the water" ever devised.
And again, ROOKE SAILS can assist in directing you to National Marine financing for financing for boats such as this 1994 Vision 32 and can handle shipping if desired..
After a reasonable down payment this wonderful "family cabin on the water" would be around 350.00 per month - - and remember the interest is likely deductible as everyone is allowed 2 homes for interest write off. This Vision 32 can answer your dreams. In unusually good condition with less potential problems and newer than most Vision 32's. She is AFFORDABLE ! She can be yours! In her decent condition she is in she is a REAL VALUE! Particularly with the price being lowered by $5,000.00 on AND now an extra 2,000 April 1st ! ! Give us a call and set up an appointment to see this wonderful sailboat.
