PRICED TO SELL - In perfect shape to sail or Live aboard. Amazing Grace is a beautiful sailboat. We purchased the boat in 2020 from a couple who had her at Lake Eire. She was always a fresh water boat untill we brought her to South Florida. She has been a family boat, not frequently used but maintained with mechanics, hull diver every month etc. Never cooked on the boat or used the Head for No. 2. No smells and very clean boat. We put new Sails (main Jib in 2023) and a new 14K BTU in 2023. We have original electronics, radio and stereo. Wing Keel Max Draft 4.6 Feet. Happy to take offers but only serious buyers. Please note I dont know how many hours on the Enegine. It is a Diesel Yanmar and runs fine.
