The 1989 Morgan 44 Center Cockpit is a 44-foot cruising sailboat designed for comfort and offshore performance. It features a robust fiberglass hull, fin keel, and skeg-hung rudder, making it stable and responsive at sea. Accommodations
The V berth cabin is located forward with a head and shower aft to starboard. Aft of the berth is the main salon, featuring straight settees to port and starboard along with a centerline drop-leaf dinette table. The navigation station is positioned aft to port, opposite a U-shaped galley to starboard. The walk-through to the aft cabin is portside and provides access to the engine. The aft cabin includes a centerline berth with storage on each side, and a head with a shower-tub on the starboard side. Cabin has 6’4 headroom throughout as well as a16,000 BTU TCM air conditioning with reversed cycle heat (installed in 2023).
