Leecloth.  Access to a huge chain locker forward.

AFT STATEROOM: There is standing headroom, a double bed to port, a cedar lined hanging locker, a mirrored vanity with drawers under, several additional storage spaces, an overhead hatch and two opening ports for ventilation, ceiling fan, reading lights, 120VAC outlets and a leeboard.

MAIN SALON:  The main salon features a U-shaped settee with teak dining table to port.  Starboard side has a full-length settee/ convertible to pilot berth with lee cloth.  There are outboard lockers with beautiful louvered teak doors both port and starboard, a large cedar hanging locker, a wet locker, with more storage under and behind the settee and dinette. In the cabinet at the foot of this settee is the reverse-cycle marine heating and air conditioning unit.

HEAD:  The head features marble countertop, stainless sink, pressure hot and cold water, and a mirrored vanity. The large Raritan manual toilet is fitted with a “Y” valve for offshore discharge.  There is a separate shower stall with seat.  Plentiful linen and toiletry lockers.

NAV STATION:  The navigator sits in an upholstered swivel chair in front of a large chart table.  There is room for substantial chart storage under table, electronics are flush mounted within easy reach. The master electrical panel is immediately to the right with circuit breakers and monitors for electrical systems, genset, shore power, etc.

The heavily insulated refrigerator/freezer boxes are equipped with three, large Grunert dual loop holding plates cooled by 120V AC refrigeration systems.  It can be run via shore power or through the boat's 5,000-watt generator.  The system is raw water cooled and the 120V AC system can be switched to air cooled for use when the boat is on the hard.  Each box has a top lid and the refrigerator side has a heavy front opening door. The freezer has a bulkhead-mounted thermometer to help keep tabs on freezer temperatures.  An overhead hatch, fan and side portlights help keep the kitchen bright and well-ventilated.

Tankage

"One large water tank was removed to create a large pantry under the settee/pilot berth.  All the other water tanks have been replaced with polyethylene tanks.  The problem had been off-taste and rust in the old stainless tanks.  At present, the boat is set up to hold about 160 gallons of water and 90 gallons of diesel (in an iron tank), which for the present owner is perfect for cruising in the states.  For long distance voyaging (with a watermaker), he would prefer less water and more diesel.  So he had one of the new tanks (about 60 gallons) made so that it can be converted from water to diesel (all of the diesel connectors are in place and capped off)." ~ Previous owners
