Description
Entertaining all reasonable offers! Owner is motivated and ready to sell her late-brothers pride and joy. This is an extremely capable boat, built extremely well, although lacking in the necessary replacements and modernizations over the years to make it 'bluewater ready", or in others words ready to sail across the world. I have many more photos and videos of specifics so please contact me. The slip is non-transferrable. For those who knows the lore of the Westsail, I need not explain. The story of the Westsail 32 named "Satori". was the inspiration of the book "The Perfect Storm". These boats have a cultish following.

Exterior Condition 7/10
FOR THE SERIOUS BLUE-WATER SAILOR: Nearly everything on this boat is original, a recent rigging inspection provided an estimate for full replacement in order to make the vessel blue-water ready and capable of navigating the pacific. This boat is great bones, but a serious refit/modernization project for the serious sailor who is prepared to "invest" the time and money into the project.
FOR THE CASUAL BAY CRUISER: This boat is near ready to operate in its current condition. It is likely fit for harbor sailing or possibly some extent of local inshore cruises. The standard rigging/sailing component replacement interval is 5-10 years generally speaking therefore this vessel will not pass a proper rigging inspection. It is not a perfect live-aboard in its current state. No hot water, no shower, and relatively small living quarters but my yacht management team is more than willing to perform the new owners desired upgrades.
