Description
One of our favorite pocket family cruisers designed by Mark Ellis and built by the craftsmen at Hinterhoeller Yachts. Large deep cockpit, wide side decks, open style interior with ample head room, easily sailed with the cat rig.
NV's FLIP FLOP has had extensive upgrades over the years and lovingly cared for.

She sleeps 5. Hanging locker forward. Next aft are port and starboard settees with centerline dinette table. Each settee has a 30 gallon water tank below along with storage room.
Next aft is marine head with sink to starboard(holding tank disconnected). To port is the galley with two burner stove new in 2019, stainless steel sink and icebox. Both sinks have freshwater foot pumps. Next aft are 2 quarterberths. Above port side birth is an extension top. Above the other is a holder for the plexiglas drop boards. Appointments include green fabric upholstery and curtains; fiberglass headliner; satin varnished interior teak; teak and holly cabin sole.
Engine & Electrical
Inboard Yanmar 20 hp (3YM20) installed in 2009 with 400 hour today. Spare part kit for said engine.
Fresh water cooled with water strainer.
