Description
The Creekmore 34 was most definitely built for ocean sailing, a long encapsulated keel with cutaway forefoot and built very heavily, this yacht has certainly stood the test of time. Other features such as rack and pinion steering add to the yacht's integrity. The standing rigging, including chainplates were all replaced around 2015 and the engine was new in 2007, still relatively low hours.
TOFFEE'S present owners have upgraded the electrics and electronics very well and the yacht is absolutely self sufficient. Energetically prepared for sale and priced sensibly.
Accommodation
The interior design gives rise to a very roomy interior and the quality of the joinery is very good. The fit out is in oak, teak and mahogany and the builder was in fact a professional cabinetmaker and it shows. Herringbone hardwood soles, seven ply white oak arcing crossbeams underlying deck every 15½ inches throughout main saloon. Headroom is 6' 2'' throughout.
Full forward berth which is generous in size, sleeping a 6' 2'' person readily, two settees and full aft berth... the aft section referred to as the cave and set aside as storage presently by her owners !
Lighting throughout, including the cave, has been replaced with LED.
