Description
The Maple Leaf 56 was part of a series of yachts produced by Cooper Enterprises, a Canadian boat builder known for crafting fiberglass sailboats designed to withstand demanding maritime conditions. This boat is a well regarded blue water cruiser. The current owner has been cruising the boat for 8+ years and has made many upgrades. The boat is in an assumable permanently available slip in Paradise Village marine, Nuero Vallarta, Mexico. This model is a 3 stateroom, 2 head layout with enclosed pilot house. She is ready to go cruising with a home base in Mexico. The boat is a cutter rigged sloop common choice for cruising sailboats allowing a balance sail plan. A 2018 Achilles inflatable with 20 h.p. The two guest cabins are also spacious and comfortable. The second guest cabin located midships with a single berth.
