ELECTRICITY
- completely redone by a professional in 2013 (invoices)
- All 12v and 220v cables have been replaced.
- Differential circuit breaker for 220V
- Regulator and distributor (2023) Victron.
- Victron Centaur 12V-50A shore charger (2020)
- Custom-made arch by a professional equipped with 2 solar panels 100W (2011) and an airX Marine wind turbine (regulated by an electromagnet + a switch)
- Navigation lights, mast light, spreader light (cable + light to be replaced will be done for the sale), deck spotlight, compass lighting on the steering sector.
- Victron battery monitor BMV600S (2014) for service + voltmeter for the engine battery.
- 3 maintenance-free Dolphin Pro service batteries 108Ah (2020)
INTERIOR AND LAYOUT
- Forward cabin with double bed, wardrobe, and closet with shelves.
- Spacious saloon with 2 benches, drop-leaf table, and large storage spaces. Storage under benches and lockers.
- 1 bathroom on the port side. Pull-out shower on the sink faucet. Shower possible by pulling 2 curtains and hand pump for drainage. Possibility to install a pump or drain water to the bilge quite easily.
Dry toilets (valves and marine toilet through-hull fittings still in place. Changed in 2020).
- Marine toilet RM69 available (to be reinstalled).
- 1 workshop corridor on the starboard side.
- Superb aft cabin with a double bed (bultex slatted base), a bench, and a small desk. Closet, locker, and numerous storage spaces + a large locker accessible from the cabin and on deck (defective locking system on one side. Will be repaired for the sale).
- Freshwater 250l + 100l in jerrycans. 2 side tanks under the saloon benches of 100l (2024) and a central tank of 50l in the bilge (2014) new provided (replacement needed, the current tank starts to leak a bit under pressure).
- Jabsco Par-Max 2 pressurized water pump (2024)
- Foot pump for freshwater (2020) and seawater (2014) under the sink.
- Sink faucets (2022) bathroom faucet with showerhead (2024).
- Sigmar water heater on engine and 220v (resistance to be replaced. New provided).
- Valves and through-hull fittings (2014) partially changed in 2020.
Checked at the time of the hull maintenance in early April 2025: Nothing to report.
Regularly checked, handled, and greased.
ENGINE
Perkins Prima 50 installed by the previous owner (2003)
Completely refurbished in 2014 by a professional and regularly maintained.
HM 5917h. Runs perfectly.
- Oil change and routine maintenance, oil and diesel filters + pre-filter cartridge every 100h (done in June 2025).
- Sea water pump impeller every year (done April 2025).
- Sea water pump serviced in 2024 by a professional (retired mechanic friend).
- Alternator from 2024.
- 92Ah Dolphin pro maintenance-free engine battery (2025)
- Hurth gearbox refurbished in 2021 by a professional. Invoice for the kit available. (ATF dextron2 change April 2025).
- Thermal exchanger hoses 2024. Wiring serviced in 2024.
- Waterlock hose (2024)
- Timing belt. Replacement recommended every 10 years or 2000h. Changed in May 2025 at 1600h engine. (Invoice 319.52€).
- Injection pump serviced in May 2025 due to a small leak: seals changed and pump tested (invoice 660€ available + labor for pump and timing belt = 389.50€)
- Engine control panel in the cockpit changed in 2024

DECK - EQUIPMENT
Wheel steering.
- Halyards and pulleys between the central cockpit steering column and the steering sector located in the aft cabin. System regularly checked, fully serviced in spring 2023. New spare halyard set available.
- Stuffing box with grease pump at the steering sector in the aft cabin locker (packing changed during the hull maintenance in early April).
- Engine and gearbox controls = 2 separate levers on the steering column (replaced in 2014).
- Emergency tiller.
Hull and deck:
- Osmosis treatment 2004.
- Complete re-coating of the white part of the hull in 2020 + blue stripe repainted in 2023.
Hull portholes:
- some have been changed, others are a bit crazed.
- Deck panels changed in 2020 (10mm bronze color lexan).
- Bathing platform (wood slats 2020)
- Modified and extended bathing ladder
- Non-slip deck (Deckline Sicomin) + deck paint (two-component International brand + toplac international) from 2020 and 2025.

- Rigid cockpit cover in epoxy plywood (2014) professionally made. Paint 2020 + touch-ups 2025. Opening porthole to be revised (small issue on one axis).
- Anchoring: Rocna anchor 20kgs from 2014 + 50m of 10 chain (2023) + 40m of rope.
- Secondary anchoring of 60m of rope + about twenty meters of 10 chain (to be checked). 2nd anchor to be provided if needed.
- Electric windlass Lofran's Tigre 1000W. Remote control from 2025 (circuit breaker inside the boat).
DINGHY - TENDER

- Standing rigging: changed at purchase in 2010 (starboard re-changed in 2013 due to a crimping defect)

- Reefing lines + mainsail, genoa, staysail halyards at the foot of the mast with classic winches.
- Removed for coastal cruises but available: stainless steel balconies for maneuvering at the foot of the mast. No screws for installation sealed but kept.
- Not in place but available: releaseable stay cable with pelican (no sail).
- Stainless steel davits to be repaired (welding). Available on request.
