Description
Serenade is an exceptional example of the Sabre 28, and exceptional vessel in its own right. Until 2005 she was stored inside and maintained by a highly respected yard on the central CT coast. We have owned her since 2006 and maintained her to high standards, from refurbishing aging systems, keeping up the marine spar varnish bright work (2 coats/yr), and polishing and waxing gel coat yearly. The photos document just some of the projects we've completed in recent years.A total rehab of the steering system including cockpit sole repair. Removal and refurbishing of cabin side port lights, and addition if Kingston SS anchor roller. Replaced all sanitation hoses and rebuilt Wilcox Head Mate. Bronze seacocks are maintained yearly and all operate perfectly. Yanmar motor is maintained with Yanmar branded fluids and products. No substitutes, no aftermarket.
