Description
38' Alajuela A38 '77 "Soliton Phoenix"
A true classic cutter, full-keel cruiser. She’s a clean slate with some old equipment that could possibly be resurrected. Her interior is beautiful and complete. Rigging is older but all intact. Sails have been serviced and there’s a new staysail. The Isuzu engine runs well. There are (8) bronze portlights and a butterfly hatch for light and ventilation.

Accommodations
Chain locker forward of very large V berth. Forward stateroom has ensuite head and abundant storage. Salon has settees port and starboard and storage throughout. Galley is aft on starboard and navigation station to port. Aft of the companionway ladder is the voluminous engine space. The woodwork through is high quality and in excellent condition.
