Now available for you the Pre-Owned Zeelander 5 “Baateaux”

Zeelander, a brand at the top of Dutch yacht building. The Z5 is a design by Cor de Rover where class, timeless design, and functionality are perfectly combined. Ultimate sailing characteristics and the use of only the best materials with an incredibly high standard in finishing make her the Rolls Royce on the water. Of course, the “Baateaux” is indistinguishable from new and equipped with all conceivable options. The current owner has previously sailed a Z44, now enjoying the Z5 but wishes to move to a Z7.

The new price of a Zeelander 5 is currently 3.4 million euros including VAT, with a delivery time of over a year.
We have for you an almost new Z5 with only 200 sailing hours with warranty and you can start enjoying on board immediately.

Currently, it is still in winter storage for its annual maintenance but from April it will be with us in the Admiraliteitshaven in Rotterdam.
From now on, a viewing can be scheduled by appointment.

To give you an impression, we have put this video online, it concerns the introduction of the Z5 by a colleague in the USA, we can tell you that the Baateaux is equipped with even more luxury.

Layout

The aft deck is easily accessible via both a side door and the swimming platform. Here is a spacious seating area where with the two loose poufs, about ten people can sit comfortably. Furthermore, there are two tables, two cooling drawers, and a second steering position. Thanks to the fixed sun and windscreen, there is maximum comfort while sailing and at anchor. The entire aft deck can be closed off with loose covers if desired, providing complete shelter from sun and/or wind.

The large swimming platform features two integrated sun loungers with cushions, an outdoor shower, and an electric gangway that can be used as both a bridge to the quay and a swimming ladder. On the foredeck, there is a spacious sun deck.

The salon offers 360-degree views, seating for six people, and is equipped with underfloor heating and a complete kitchen block including a dishwasher and drawers with a sea-fastening system for the tableware. Above the steering position, there is a large sliding roof and the rear wall is equipped with a large door and sliding window, allowing the aft deck to be easily connected to the salon. When both are closed, the noise level while sailing is less than 60 decibels. The coffee table is electrically height adjustable and can be transformed into a large sunbed, on which television can be watched via the TV screen that comes out of the ceiling electrically.

The steering position features two large Garmin displays with all modern navigation and information systems. Thanks to the IPS system, docking is particularly easy. The Dynamic Positioning System (DPS) ensures that the yacht automatically stays in position, ideal for bridges and locks.

Below are two luxurious bedrooms, both with television, a separate bathroom with toilet, and a second bathroom with shower. In the central hall, there is the central control panel, a large refrigerator, a coffee corner, and extra storage space. Of course, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ventilation, and heating.
