VESSEL WALKTHROUGH

In a Med-style mooring or a challenging docking situation, King’s Lair can be boarded by the stern via hydraulic passerelle.

 

The first impression on the aft deck is one of absolute marvel. The outdoor entertaining space is nothing short of spectacular. The centerpiece of the 34M Oasis aft deck is her massive Jacuzzi. So large, some refer to it as a soaking pool, it can accommodate up to 8 of your closest yachting friends. The aft-facing Jacuzzi wall is two-inch-thick custom Italian glass with floating backlit letters that light up the KING’S LAIR transom like no other.

 

The fully hydraulic swim platform can be raised high above deck level or lowered into the water to facilitate water sports activities and offer a “teak beach” environment. She also features hydraulic balcony wings on the port and starboard quarters that open to extend the deck space and hang out over the water.

 

Forward of the Jacuzzi on center is the custom fire pit. There are removable deck cushions around the pit for owners, guests or charter patrons, creating an aft deck campfire-like environment. To starboard is a comfortable lounge area and across the deck to port is the fully equipped aft deck bar with two polished stainless steel fixed bar stools, satin-finish teak bar top, white granite working bar top, stainless steel sink, ice maker and refrigerator.

Facing forward on the aft deck you have walk-around decks to midships with port and starboard midship boarding available via Marquipt carbon fiber boarding ladder. Midship on both sides there are stairways to access the pilothouse, skylounge, and foredeck lounge area. Under the foredeck sun pad is toy storage for inflatables and a Sea-Doo Spark. There is also a removable bow davit for launch and retrieval of the Sea-Doo.

 

Back on the aft deck there are grand, stainless steel trimmed, semi-circle panoramic electric glass doors to enter the salon. The salon has an Italian elegance to it, simple, clean and contemporary. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows allow for tons of natural light. The interior color scheme is a combination of light and darker grey tones with splashes of color. She features decorative light wood flooring throughout.

 

Her seating arrangement is very social with contemporary lounges port and starboard and a centerline circular glass table. Just forward, incorporated into the salon, is the formal dining area. King’s Lair offers seating for 10 at a decorative glass table. On the forward bulkhead there is a large drop-down flat screen TV. On the port side forward there is a pocket door to the fully equipped galley.

The starboard side salon companionway leads forward to a foyer. Here you can go up, down or continue forward. To port there is a semi-spiral staircase leading up to the second deck skylounge, sky deck and pilothouse. Just forward of that to port is another semi-spiral staircase leading below to the lower accommodations. The galley is also accessible from the foyer to port. Across the foyer to starboard there is a day head.

 

Starboard side forward is the entrance to the on-deck master stateroom.

 

The master stateroom on board King’s Lair is full beam and offers natural light and spectacular views from large windows both port and starboard. Her island king berth is centered against the forward bulkhead.

Heading down to the lower accommodations, there is a carpeted semi-spiral stairway with leather-wrapped handrail, decorative stair trim and satin-finished grey wall coverings.

 

At the base of the stairs is the lower foyer with access to four guest staterooms.

A crew buffet station to port includes dumbwaiter, refrigerator and wine chiller. To starboard is a longitudinal table with bench seating and floating chairs, ideal for informal dining or games.

 

Glass stainless steel trimmed doors open to the aft sky deck with large U-shaped seating facing aft for beautiful views at anchor. Two movable chairs and a teak coffee table complete the social area. This versatile space can be configured for pizza parties, outdoor movie nights or gym setup.

 

The third deck of King’s Lair offers 360° open-air views with hardtop shade, forward sun pad, full aft bar, centerline teak alfresco dining table and portside grill and buffet station.

ENGINE ROOM

The Engine room and machinery space aboard KIN’S LAIR is accessible from the aft deck through a large lift up door.  The diamond plate stairway leads below to the vessel’s nerve center.  Her power package is a pair of MTU 2000 M86 series diesel engines with 1361 hp each.

 

All ship system maintenance is performed or coordinated by the full-time engineer on board.
