The boat is owned by a Norwegian, and currently has a charter agreement with Ocean Sailing House. The charter agreement can be taken over if desired. Otherwise, the boat is ready for delivery after the 2026 charter season.

Lagoon 46 "Madame El Grande" is a 4-cabin version, with a double berth and bathroom in each cabin.

The boat has double access to the flybridge, with a good overview for maneuvering and sail handling, and in addition a lovely lounge for relaxation under a sun-protective bimini. She is also equipped with a power generator, air conditioning in each cabin, dishwasher, snorkel equipment, stand-up paddle, dinghy with center console, 20 hp outboard engine. In other words, ideal for a perfect family holiday.

On board the Lagoon 46 MADAME EL GRANDE there is an easy access between interior and exterior, and she has also very easy access to the water. There are only three wide and user-friendly steps leading down from the aft cockpit to the water and to the dinghy!

Comfort and space utilization: Massive saloon, vertical windows for light, spacious cabins (queen size beds and shower cabin) and a large cockpit/flybridge area create a "floating home/cabin at sea" feeling.

Sail characteristics: The mast is pulled further aft, which gives a larger fore triangle which in turn improves crossing characteristics and provides easy handling. It gives good speed even in light winds.

Build quality: Excellent finish with solid deck fittings, corrosion-resistant materials and innovative hull design (buckled frame gives more space).

Versatility: Excellent for family cruises, longer trips, charters and even corporate events, with flexible cabin layouts.

The boat was upgraded in the spring of 2025 according to recommendations from the Lagoon shipyard. The upgrade is also covered by the shipyard. The boat has been significantly reinforced in the bow area and has become significantly stiffer. Lagoon says that "to preserve long term resale value of already delivered Lagoon 46, Lagoon have decided to give sailing Lagoon 46 the opportunity to catch up with the new production standard thanks to GRP, composite reinforcements and pillars adding at the forward bulkheads, in several areas of the boat."
