"Patience" is the perfect name for this rugged little ship.  During the planning phase the builder of this custom boat, Glenn Lewis, purchased a new, crated, 1995 Cummins 6BTA 5.9 M2 main engine directly from Cummins USA.  In 2001, in a boatyard in Richmond, BC, Glenn and his marine tech brother began laying up the hull in the mold he had purchased.  For thousands of hours, over the next 18 years, work continued at the boatyard with the attention to ABYC Standards and the fit/finish detail one would expect from an engineer and his marine tech brother, until it was completed and launched in 2019.  Following the factory-specified start-up procedures, the main was started for the first time in 2019.  Given the timeline, one would have to have a lot of “Patience" and perseverance to see a boat construction all the way through to completion.  

“Patience” is a ruggedly built, custom, semi-displacement fiberglass trawler,  with storage galore and ample tankage, she’s perfect for extended PNW cruising.  Only the finest materials and equipment were used both inside and out – with no exterior wood to maintain!  Features like, reliable single GBTA5.9-M2 Cummins power with only 263 hours, Northern Lights 5KW generator with only 31 hours, Side Power bow thruster, Webasto hydronic diesel furnace w/4 radiators and fans, Isotemp hot water heater, Force 10 3-burner gas cook top & oven, Nova Kool AC/DC Fridge/Freezer, Magnum 2,800-watt inverter, Furuno navigation package and autopilot at both upper and lower helm stations, 10’ Zodiac w/9.9 Yamaha 4-stroke, (2) Tecma heads, oh yeah, one is in an on-deck full head w/stall shower that is accessed from the main salon!

"Patience" is truly a turnkey yacht with loads of features you would find on vessels twice her size. If you are in the market for a Pilothouse Trawler you owe it to yourself to view this magnificent little ship.
