“GRACE” - a stately, dignified and consistently maintained two-Owner yacht is a sight to behold. As you approach her from the docks, you immediately notice her hull color of Aristo Blue. This color is richer and a bit lighter than the more typical flag blue and speaks to her individuality.

“GRACE” was built with many “maintenance freeing” materials. This includes textured fiberglass deck surfaces, Awlwood painted teak caprails, and EZ2CY hard acrylic panels on the fly (in lieu of isinglass). “GRACE” is one of the first MARLOW Yachts to have a stern-mounted FreedomLift; thus, allowing the bridge deck to be used as an additional entertaining area.

As a custom build, GRACE’s unique features include twin 1,000 HP Caterpillar engines, a YachtController, watermaker (currently pickled), an interior U-shaped dining area which seats 4-6 and is possible due to the single helm station on the conditioned flybridge, an interior stair to the fly bridge, a built-in desk area with attached swivel stool, a central vacuum, the FreedomLift which hoists a RigidBoat Sport 13 with a 30 HP outboard, and copious amounts of storage throughout the yacht.

“GRACE” has been Owner-operated and used to both cruise the ICW and as a seasonal live-aboard. This was easily done as she has generous liveaboard accommodations: the two generous sofas in the salon, the u-shaped dining area, and large galley. Similarly, below there is an athwartship Master Bedroom suite with plenty of storage, a VIP suite, also with plenty of storage, in the bow with a shared head for day-guests, a designated laundry area with separate washer and dryer, a chest-type freezer, and the desk area.

GRACE is currently in the Gulf Harbour Marina in Fort Myers, FL. We also own the 70’ slip, so continued use of the slip is certainly negotiable. The marina is considered one of the best on this coast and the clubhouse, bathrooms, showers, grill, outdoor seating, etc. are right at the top of our dock.

Also, membership in the country club is separately available, for an additional fee, which brings a pool, fitness center, two restaurants, tiki bar, tennis and occasional golf to the mix. All of these amenities are also at the head of our dock.
