Cummins diesel 5.9 425 HP each. It is the big difference with the 2007 and older 40' Sundancer. In 2008 Sea Ray increase the horsepower in the 40" Sundancer from 370HP to 425HP. These bigger engines package make the difference in cruising speed and in final speed.
