The yacht was originally delivered by Elling Shipyards and is equipped with a powerful Cummins QSB 5.9 liter Common Rail diesel engine (425 hp), electronic controls, and remote control for the engine, bow, and stern thruster. Additionally, it comes complete with a 5.5 kW generator, Kabola central heating, and air conditioning in the owner's cabin. In 2021, the yacht was fitted with a new Simrad NSS 16 Evo3 radar/navigation system and water purification system. The Elling E4 features a hydraulic tender lift (new style davit), remote control, bow cushion, bimini top with folding bracket, and practical doors in the gangway. The yacht has been professionally maintained and polished annually. The recent maintenance history is available.
