Her layout incorporates a master cabin amidships, with double bed, ensuite shower room and large wardrobe, one VIP cabin forward with double bed and ensuite shower room and a twin cabin with ensuite shower room.
The Azimut 68S motor yacht presents new open style yacht with dual purpose areas in which to enjoy the ocean, but with the same privacy and comfort offered by a flybridge yacht.
The Azimut 68S has an innovative main saloon which is laid out on the yacht’s main deck. This frees up the lower deck for accommodation area. The AZIMUT 68S has a distinctly sporty feel at the helm, thanks to a responsive, instinctive steering system and a hull designed for maximum performance.
The folding hard top with rigid section opening mechanism allows the guests 65 sq. feet of open sky in less than ten seconds. Minimalist furnishings, Indian silk, steel, glass and fine wengé wood, every detail has been designed to make your stay on board as comfortable and private as possible.

The Avigliana shipyard, a world leader in the production of superyachts as well as planing flying bridges up to 116 feet in size, presented its first "open" creation signed by architect Stefano Righini at the last Genoa Boat Show, a beautiful slender hull in an unusual amaranth red color.
While in various stylistic references, such as the tails on the roll-bar and the reverse shark fin windows, the new 68 S recalls the "family feeling" of the latest Azimut production, in other aspects it declares a marked personality; for example, for the particular square windows that boldly interrupt the flowing surface of the side, for the proportionally opening air intake, for the retractable hard top, and this is just to "cite" the exteriors; on the deck and in the layout below deck, the innovation is dedicated to the comfort of those who buy and use a boat of this type, anticipating a predominantly summer, "sunny" use, with a lot of day cruising and a bit of cruising.
The living area is large and bright, entirely developed on the "main deck", to enjoy the sea and sun at 360°, without however excluding shelter in case of bad weather, thanks to the presence of a sliding hard top, large windows, and the glass partition that closes the space towards the stern. Thanks to this, more than a true open, the 68 S could be defined as a beautiful "coupé" of the sea. Below deck, the night areas, both for guests and the owner, are completely separated from the kitchen and also have separate accesses to the salon, which is quite unusual in this type of hulls and especially in this size range, to offer maximum privacy.
The choice to adopt V-Drive transmissions, with the corresponding repositioning of the engine room, has created significant space for the cabins. The owner's cabin, located amidships and full beam, also enjoys the unparalleled and almost palpable closeness to the sea, with the foam of the waves seeming to break on the bed. Architect Carlo Galeazzi designed a sober décor for the interiors with very contrasting tones: light fabrics, dark wenge, for an almost "severe" minimalism in the salon, enlivened by colorful silks on the beds and sofas in the cabins.
The hull design features a boat with good buoyancy towards the stern, with balanced weights and a rather sharp bow, so much so that, excluding impacts with waves of a certain height, the raised foam is minimal: the wake at the stern exits low and clean.
INTERIORS:
Divisions and features: the salon, with access door from the cockpit in tempered glass, hosts on the left a conversation corner, with a wall sofa, armchair, and seats that can be transformed into low tables; one of these, with the door fully open, shifts towards the cockpit and serves as a chair at the outdoor dining table; opposite, on the right, the dining table in wenge and glass, in whose base is housed the 30'' LCD TV screen; against the wall, a three-seater sofa. Here the flooring is in wenge wood and carpet, and a notable detail is the already transparent hard top, which can be opened with an electric system to ventilate the already bright living area. From here, going towards the bow, one descends with separate and adjacent stairs, to the left towards the night area and to the right into the kitchen. The layout sees a VIP cabin with a double bed and private bathroom at the bow, behind and on the left side a cabin with twin beds whose bathroom is also accessible from the corridor, opposite the space that houses the washer-dryer and towards the stern, but still amidships, the large owner's cabin with a diagonal bed and dinette, very bright thanks to the six square windows. The bathroom has a shower in a separate compartment with double water outlet and the very elegant sink is in glass with a stainless steel bar.
Helm station: located on the left side of the living area, has a rather sporty appearance, with adjustable mocha leather armchairs, a wooden and steel steering wheel, and analog instruments with chrome rings. The instrumentation includes, in addition to the tachometer, speedometer, and log, all the pressures and temperatures of engines and gearboxes, fuel and water levels, alarms for various circuits, steering angle indicator, and of course the navigation instruments (compass, GPS chart-plotter, VHF, radar, tridata, autopilot). The engine levers are electronic Cruise Commander.
Kitchen area: with separate access, very sterile and minimalist, has a four-burner glass-ceramic hob, double corner sink, microwave-grill, 270-liter fridge, extractor hood, a pantry under the descent, and the typical Azimut cabinet with drawers for dishes (Alessi) and utensils.
