Silverton 36 Convertible

Few boats check all the boxes like the 36' Silverton does! She's a great family starter with her two stateroom layout! The head has dual entry and the shower is separate from the head across the companion way. The down galley is very open to the main salon and has a full size refrigerator/freezer as well as lots of storage and counter space. The salon is large and roomy with opposite settee's, one making onto a double berth and the other a single. There is also a new Starlink system for your viewing pleasure.The boat is well appointed inside and very clean. Out the glass door to the cockpit you will find a custom tackle storage/bench, a faux teak sole. Maximizer outriggers and a transom bait tank built in as well as a larger bait tank on the swimstep. There is also a saltwater washdown and a freshwater H/C shower. The transom door is to stbd. and the stairs to the bridge are on port.. These stairs are invaluable when taking a aunt or grandpa to sea, so much safer than a ladder. Off the transom is a fresh (2 yrs old) Achilles inflatable on Weaver Davits as well as a 4hp motor to go with it! The bridge is well laid out with side by side captains chairs and u shaped seating aft.. This is preferable as the captain sitting alone gets lonely at times. Aft of the captains chairs is a u shaped settee making the flybridge seat 6 comfortably. Her recent maintenance includes a bottom paint job in 2024 and he just had all the coolers done(18k spent) plus a fresh wax job. SANCTUARY IS A VERY CLEAN example of a 36' sportfisher and well commissioned with Gen, Inverter, Radar/Chartplotter (Garmin fairly new), Garmin Autopilot, AIS radio (new) and more!
