Lighting renovation including plates and switches, new kitchen sink, new mattresses and pillows, new sound system, new antenna, new 32" TV. Makeover in sky shelves portholes rooms. EXTERIOR: flybridge awning, reconditioned teak, cockpit cushion and bow sundeck cushion sponges, sandblasting and painting of the flybridge control panel, folding cockpit table. Overhaul of tender and engine. MECHANICAL PART: cleaning of heat exchangers, servicing, replacement of seacocks, overhaul of n. 1 motor vacuum cleaner, n. 1 new vacuum cleaner. Propeller balancing
