Step aboard "Approved Mistress," a 2004 Tiara 4400 Sovran that promises luxury, comfort, and unforgettable adventures on the water. This yacht has been lovingly maintained and is ready to become your home away from home.

Tiara builds to the highest level of engineering and quality available in production pleasure boats. The 4400 Sovran is an express yacht of remarkable luxury and sophistication. Her contemporary styling is timely while retaining a traditional thread with her graceful sheer and reversed transom.

The integral hardtop is extremely functional providing a climate controlled and weather tight helm deck, yet the opening center windshield panel and overhead hatches provide adequate ventilation. The cockpit seats six and is very flexible given the hydraulic table which rises from the deck with the flip of a button.  The side decks allow safe access to the foredeck for anchoring, line handling or simply lounging on the sun pad. The twin Cummins QSM11 660hp diesels launch this substantial 44-footer to an exhilarating 28kt cruise with a top speed of over 30kt. She's one well-built, comfortable, and secure express yacht!
