Description
The 2004 80’ Lazzara Eleonora is exceptional for several reasons. She was sold by her original owner just last year - the longest-tenured Lazzara owner in the brand’s history - who maintained the yacht with extraordinary care throughout his stewardship (the vessel’s main engines, in particular, were practically treated like family members).
While much of the original furniture and furnishings remained in excellent condition, the aesthetic had become dated. Enter the current owner: an experienced yachtsman, former Lazzara 80 owner, and repeat refit enthusiast who recognized the platform’s sky-high potential and executed a comprehensive modernization.
Over the past six months, culminating in February 2026, Eleonora has undergone an extensive refit in which nearly every square foot has been evaluated and thoughtfully upgraded. Featuring fresh Amalfi Coast–inspired orange & white exterior soft goods and a fully reimagined interior, Eleonora now stands as a strikingly modern interpretation of the iconic Lazzara 80 Skylounge - timeless in pedigree, yet unmistakably current in its execution.

Vessel Walkthrough:
This 2004 80′ Lazzara 80 SL is a highly regarded American-built luxury motor yacht featuring a remarkable level of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior upgrades, making her an outstanding turnkey opportunity. Powered by twin Caterpillar C30 engines, extensively serviced by Pantropic, and equipped with Naiad stabilizers, bow thruster, and twin Onan 21.5 kW generators, this Lazzara 80 SL offers a proven package of performance and reliability. She features an expansive 5-stateroom layout and an enclosed skylounge with pilothouse, delivering the livability of a much larger yacht. Renowned for robust engineering, intelligent system integration, and exceptional storage throughout, “Eleonora” is a standout option in the 80-foot market.
Boarding the 2004 80′ Lazzara 80 SL from the stern, you arrive on a spacious teak-laid swim platform designed for both function and leisure, featuring easy water access, hot and cold shower, freshwater washdown, and hydraulic accommodations for personal watercraft. Ascending to the main aft deck, the space opens into a beautifully arranged outdoor entertaining area with built-in bench seating, teak dining table, loose chairs, and a fully equipped wet bar, all protected by stainless safety rails and seamlessly connected to the interior through large sliding glass doors.
Stepping inside, the salon immediately impresses with its expansive layout, custom cherry wood joinery, and abundant natural light. An inviting L-shaped sectional sofa and upholstered club chairs create a relaxed lounge atmosphere, complemented by cocktail and end tables, while built-in cabinetry to port and starboard offers extensive storage. Forward, a formal dining area with a cherry dining table and seating for six is perfectly positioned beneath custom soffit lighting, and an entertainment center with a concealed flat-screen TV provides an elegant focal point without interrupting sightlines.
Moving forward, the galley is thoughtfully designed, featuring granite countertops, full-size refrigeration, double freezer drawers, dishwasher, electric cooktop and oven, microwave/convection oven, wine cooler, trash compactor, and abundant pantry storage. A U-shaped dinette forward of the galley offers a casual dining option or morning gathering space, while stairs nearby provide access to both the lower accommodations and the upper Sky Lounge, reinforcing the yacht’s highly functional layout.
Continuing forward on the main deck, the on-deck owner’s stateroom offers a rare and highly desirable arrangement, centered around a king-size berth with storage below and surrounded by finely crafted cherry cabinetry. The suite includes built-in dressers, nightstands, a vanity or desk area, seating, and generous natural light through large port windows, while the en-suite master bath features marble finishes, dual sinks, and an oversized glass-enclosed shower, creating a private retreat equal to that of much larger yachts.
Descending to the lower level, the guest accommodations are arranged for privacy and comfort, featuring two queen staterooms with walk-around berths, ample storage, entertainment systems, and private en-suite baths finished in marble. Opening portlights provide fresh air and light, while quality sound insulation ensures quiet relaxation underway or at anchor, making this layout ideal for hosting family and guests.
Aft and below, the dedicated crew area is well appointed and thoughtfully separated from guest spaces, offering a captain’s cabin with full-size berth, desk, storage, and private head, along with an additional crew cabin featuring twin bunks and its own bathroom. This arrangement allows for professional crew operation without impacting owner or guest privacy, while also offering flexibility for owner-operators who may use the space for additional storage or accommodations.
Ascending to the Sky Lounge, you enter a comfortable, enclosed pilothouse that combines command and relaxation in one space. Large oval windows provide excellent visibility, while a full helm station is outfitted with comprehensive navigation electronics, engine monitoring, and vessel controls. Seating areas with sofas and occasional chairs create a welcoming lounge environment, complemented by an entertainment center that makes this level ideal for cruising in all weather conditions.
Moving aft from the Sky Lounge, the flybridge opens into an expansive outdoor living area featuring a full bar with refrigeration, seating and dining space, and unobstructed views. A hydraulic davit and tender storage are positioned aft, allowing for easy deployment of the included tender and toys, while the elevated vantage point makes this space perfect for entertaining, relaxing, or overseeing docking operations.
Walking forward along the wide side decks, the foredeck offers a secure and functional space with stainless railings, anchor handling equipment, and sunpad seating with storage below. Designed for both line handling and leisure, this area completes the walkthrough of “Eleonora” that seamlessly blends performance, luxury, and intelligent design from stern to bow.
