Sleeps up to (6) owners/guests in three double staterooms; two enclosed heads with showers plus master tub. LAYOUT FROM FORWARD: Chain locker is followed by the FORWARD 'VIP' GUEST STATEROOM, with island queen berth on centerline; opening overhead skylight hatch; built-in locker and drawer storage; privacy door aft and private access to the GUEST/DAY HEAD with shower, following to starboard. 

Following to port is the PORT GUEST STATEROOM, offering stacked single berths outboard; built-in locker and drawer storage; and privacy door inboard.

Expansive MIDSHIPS MASTER STATEROOM offers an island queen berth set to starboard; substantial built-in locker and drawer storage plus vanity and handy SHIP'S LAUNDRY; a privacy door and private ensuite MASTER HEAD with tub and shower.

COMPANIONWAY from belowdecks lands in the expansive PILOTHOUSE, featuring a MAIN HELM with excellent visibility, hi-tech electronics installation, mounted captain's chair, built-in curved guest seating wrapping port side aft, and sliding side deck access door to starboard. NOTE inside access steps to the FLYBRIDGE with full UPPER HELM, and FACTORY HARDTOP with updated polycarbonate enclosure. 

Aft from the pilothouse and down into the MAIN CABIN finds the U-shaped GALLEY forward to port and open to the MAIN SALON and pilothouse for easy conversation. Salon extends aft and offers built-in U-shaped settee with table to port and straight settee opposite. Aft doors open to the ample COCKPIT with transom gate to the SWIM STEP; cockpit hatch access to the LAZARETTE and ENGINE ROOM spaces.

INTERIOR features gloss cherrywood paneling and joinery with elegant and durable finishes, exceptionally clean throughout! CLIMATE CONTROL is via NEW Webasto hydronic diesel furnace plus reverse-cycle heat & air conditioning system. ENTERTAINMENT ELECTRONICS include pop-up salon flatscreen TV; satellite TV antenna; Pioneer salon stereo system with Bose speakers; stateroom TV's with DVD players, master plus flybridge stereo systems.

Galley & Domestic

All modern on-deck GALLEY is offers all of the equipment and features to entertain, including 3-burner Princess electric galley stove; Vitrifrigo dual refrigerator and dual freezer drawers; combo microwave/convection oven; GE dishwasher; solid surface countertops; dual stainless galley sinks; hot/cold pressure freshwater system; and ample built-in cabinet and drawer storage. ALSO NOTE: separate clothes washer and dryer units at the dedicated SHIP'S LAUNDRY; flybridge icemaker; on-deck BBQ; and WATERMAKER system.

TENDER is an Apex RIB hard bottom inflatable with console, 4-stroke outboard, and canvas cover; TNT swim platform dinghy davit system. GROUND TACKLE includes electric anchor windlass at the foredeck with anchor kit. ALSO NOTE: recent bottom paint and zincs.

Mechanical

ENGINES are freshwater cooled with dual Racor fuel filters; CONTROL STATIONS at pilothouse and flybridge helms; wireless Yacht Controller system; single lever electronic engine controls; BOW + STERN THRUSTERS; hydraulic wheel steering; trim tabs; auto / manual bilge pump(s); engineroom fire suppression system. HEADS are Vacuflush and plumbed to holding tank with pump out valve.
