Located in Port Sanilac, Michigan — just 90 miles north of Detroit.
The inverter was new in 2023, Furuno radar was new in 2021, icom vhf new in 2024, ais receiver was new last year, repacked the shaft log last spring, generator water pump was replaced in 2023, refrigerator new in 2022, there are 2 suitcases of caterpillar spares plus the freezer in the engine room has parts in it, everything works. The two brackets in the pilothouse hold 17 inch laptops. The spare wipers are under the helm seat…. port wiper motor is new. Burns about 3 gallons an hour running generator at 8.5 mph. Air compressor in engine room is for the air horn and there is an airline in the false stack on the cabin top to fill the dinghy. Dinghy motor has about 5 hours on it. Davits were new this year.

The Passagemaker 43, designed by Bruce Roberts, is a hard chine displacement single screw motor yacht with long range capability. The vessel was professionally built by Dovercraft of Ontario Canada of welded steel plate and very well faired and finished in dark blue paint and white upper works. The hull is fair to the eye and the interior is well kept. Bottom soda blasted May 2021.
Starting forward is a sleeping cabin with central Queen berth and drawer storage under. There is a hanging locker to port and to starboard a locker. There is access from this cabin to the head which has a shower, sink and MSD. Next aft is the passage with a sleeping cabin to starboard with an upper and lower single berth. The upper berth converts to sofa. The head is accessed from the passage as well. The engine room is at the aft of this passage through a watertight door. Stair lead to the main deck level. The galley is central in the main cabin with 3 burner electric range, microwave/convection oven double sink with hot and cold pressure water and reefer/freezer, new in August 2022. Aft of the galley is the saloon with a corner settee, with storage below, and chair seating. A door at the aft bulkhead opens to the aft deck. The raised pilot house is forward with good visibility all round and the helm on center line.
The fore deck is clear and protected with bulwarks and pipe railings. The anchor is stored on a bow roller with an electric windlass and chain to the locker below. The foredeck has built-in seating, with cushions, and steps lead up to the Portuguese Bridge and the port and starboard pilot house doors. Side decks are surrounded by high bulwarks and stainless steel pipe railing. There are side gates port and starboard in the bulwarks. A ladder on the starboard side leads to the house top where there is an inflatable on chocks and a launching davit. Side decks lead to the aft deck and swimstep. 5 step swim ladder is stored in dinghy. The lazzerette is accessed by way of a ladder under the aft deck seat.
The hull, deck and house are composed of welded plate steel. The keel is heavy welded steel box construction eight inches sided, extending to the rudder bearing. Bridge clearance is 17' with the antennas down and 23' with them up.
