This Combi Kotter 1200 OK is a beautiful and well-thought-out model with an open cockpit and a cozy layout. Thanks to the folding cockpit doors, the salon and open cockpit are in direct connection with each other and are also at the same level, creating a spacious and inviting whole. The wide side decks all around with safe stainless steel railing on raised bulwarks make moving on deck comfortable and safe. The open cockpit is arranged with a fixed U-shaped cockpit bench with plenty of storage space in the bench and under the floor. The cockpit can be closed all around with a recently renewed cockpit tent, the side panels of which can be rolled up and unzipped. In the salon, you will find a comfortable salon sofa, the internal steering position, and a handy navigation/guest seat. The forepeak is arranged with a spacious galley with a large kitchen and bar, an L-shaped dinette, and the sanitary area with toilet and washing/shower facilities. In the bow is the owner's cabin with a double bed. For extra sleeping places, the salon sofa can easily be converted. Characteristic of this kotter is the steel superstructure painted in a wood look, which gives the ship a unique and atmospheric appearance. The underwater hull was completely blasted in 2021 and provided with a new paint system; the last antifouling treatment was carried out in the winter of 2024/2025.
