Entering from the aft deck through the stainless steel sliding door to a spacious salon with large L-shape sofa on port and settee on starboard; up two-steps to the pilothouse with U-shape galley on port; access to flybridge on starboard.  Continuing forward is the main helm with a nice compliment of electronics.  On starboard is a comfortable horseshoe settee that allows guests to keep the skipper company while underway.

Access to the sleeping accommodations is on port via a spiral staircase.  The master suite is aft and is full beam taking full advantage of the generous 16’ 09” beam, allowing for a king-size island berth; ample drawer storage and cedar lined hanging locker.  There is a ensuite head with large tub/shower and spacious counter and storage. Access to the flybridge is made via a staircase inside at the pilothouse or from the aft deck. The large and spacious bridge has ample seating for guests to enjoy an afternoon cruise along the bay.  The extended boat deck provides ample room for the storage of the 10' 6" Achilles hard bottom tender that is easily deployed with the 1000 # Brower hydraulic davit.

Access to the stand-up engine room is from the aft deck on the starboard side with easy access to all the mechanical components.  You will note the stand-up engine room is clean and well maintained and certainly shows pride of ownership. The spacious lazarette has two access points allowing providing more than ample storage for boat related gear. Easy access to the generator, watermaker and running gear.

In the spring and summer of 2017 this vessel underwent an extensive re-fit process to make her ready for her new owners plans for a good amount of time on the water. This included a complete upgrade in her NAVIONICS first off with a new suite of Simrad Evo2 series with 4G radar, AIS, Smart Senor for Depth/Temp, CHIRP and Weather module. The davit crane was removed and relocated and new Brower WCR 1000 with power rotation and topping; new chocks were installed for the New Achilles hard-bottom tender. 

Complete service cooling system to include replacement of after-coolers, replaced Exhaust mixers, renewed water-pumps and replace hoses; the local NAIAD vendor serviced/overhauled the Wesmar Stabilizers bearings, seals, oil and tune; the Vacu-Flush heads were completely over-hauled with new hoses through-out, new Vacu-flush units; New SS Torrid water heater; replaced all bilge pumps and hoses; serviced high-water alarms, replaced all bilge–pumps, R & R bonding system New PSS shaft-seals, cutlass bearings; new trim-tabs, Serviced rudders, new Trim-Tab Actuators, new underwater lights.  LLC owned.
