Description
This is a great house boat! In excellent condition with all orginal paperwork & manuals. The local marina has done the maintenance on it and can attest to the boat's working condition. It can can be moved and lived on easily. The outdoor area is what makes this boat amazing. AC/Heaters work great. Unfortunately selling do to life changes. The dock space is available at $700 a month and will throw in the built out entertainment area if you want to stay. There's electric & wifi (extra charges) at the docks which have great security and are well kept. Have videos I can send.
