Description
Very beautiful Apreamare 12 from 1999, well maintained and very well equipped.
Version 2 Cabins / 2 bathrooms - 2 x Volvo Penta 480hp inboard (580h) with a bow thruster (2022) - Air conditioning (2023), water maker (2023), 6Kva generator (2022) - Year 1999
This boat is powered by two Volvo Penta 480 horsepower inboard engines, totaling only 580 hours of use, with a bow thruster. The engines have always been maintained by a professional. It also has a generator installed in 2022 (only 30 hours of use), air conditioning from 2023, and a water maker also from 2023. The electric toilets were also replaced in 2023.
We find two comfortable cabins: one double cabin and one cabin with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. Each has its own bathroom. The saloon can be converted into a double bed, thus offering a nice capacity for guests. The kitchen, very well equipped, includes an oven, a microwave, a gas stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and an ice maker.
The interior and exterior woodwork is in excellent condition, reflecting the care taken in maintaining the boat. The electronics were updated in 2018 with complete Raymarine equipment. The chain counter is currently being repaired, which is why the starboard panel has been removed from the helm in the photos.
Outside, the cockpit teak has been recently redone and is in superb condition. The boat also has a forward sunbathing area, perfect for fully enjoying moments at sea.
