Henriques 28 Express fisherman is well suited for canyon trips as well as fishing the back bays single-handed. The 28's design and weight provide a smooth ride while quality construction provides safety at sea. This Jack Henriques design boasts the same quality of construction that has made Henriques a well-respected name in the marine industry with fishermen worldwide for over 20 years. Her 70-square-foot cockpit provides ample room for serious fishing, and there is plenty of seating space for the entire crew. Standard fiberglass hardtop and marlin tower with steering and controls add to her style. Interior amenities such as a full standup head, shower, galley with microwave, dinette and V-bunks make her comfortable for all occupants. Diesel power provides speed, economy, and dependability. HENRIQUES YACHTS: Unique to this industry are time-proven hand-laid fiberglass hulls with a choice of layouts and engine options. Henriques stresses quality of construction both in materials and in workmanship. Many of these boats are in charter or commercial service, so they must be built tough to withstand the rigors of daily service. The uniquely strong construction includes time-proven hull designs with solid fiberglass bottoms, hand-laid fiberglass construction, one-piece deck molds, a hull fiberglassed to the deck, continuous bulkhead tabbing, watertight compartments.and full-length, bow to stern stringers. These boats are highly fishable with large cockpits, big fishboxes, rod storage, tackle centers, transom doors, and a rugged sea-going ride.
Accommodations
Interior accommodations include a fully enclosed head with electric toilet, shower, sink, and vanity. The galley has a AC/DC refrigerator/ freezer, dinette, sink, microwave oven, and stowage cabinets. An enclosed cabin with forward V-berths, hanging locker, and drawers. There is room to sleep and prepare meals as well as to shower and relax. Climate controlled by a Reverse Cycle 5000 BTU air conditioner/Heater.

Cockpit
The cockpit is big for a 28 footer 70 Square feet of fishing room. It has a livewell built into the transom, transom door, and sidedeck steps at the corners.Excellent non skid and high gunnels. A fishbox and a bait-rigging station are located forward along with tackle lockers and a salt-water washdown. Twin bench seats with stowage under and Aft flank the bridge deck, and the helm area sole lifts up to provide great access to the engines.
