Well sought after Albin 31 Tournament Edition. This is a Pilot House with fully enclosed helm with double Doors Aft. Single Caterpillar Diesel Engine with 420 HP. Direct Drive and Full electronics although they are older electronics.
Boat just moved from Venice Florida to Port Charlotte Fl. She has a new home in storage. Boat runs great, is in need of some cosmetic work, but priced accordingly.
This boat is priced to move quickly!! Sellers live 2-1/2 hours from the home dock and simply do not have the time to use and maintain it as it should. The slip is also transferable so you have a place to store it immediately id need be.

The Albin 31 TE is a distinctive Down East-style fisherman whose spacious interior allows her to double as a capable family cruiser. The 31 TE is built on a modified-V hull with a deep forefoot and wide 12'4" beam. This Albin 31’s pilothouse is enclosed with twin bulkhead doors convert the wheelhouse a fully enclosed cabin.
The cockpit comes with a transom baitwell and fish box, and a transom door is standard along with in-deck storage and rod holders. The interior sleeps four with an athwartships double berth aft of the galley and a convertible dinette/double berth forward. There’s a separate stall shower in the head—a big plus on any small boat with cruising aspirations. Additional features include wide side decks, an opening windshield, transom shower, and raw-water washdown. Powered with 420 HP Cat 3126 Diesel Inboard.. Over 200 were built
She is an older boat, a new owner will probably want to upgrade some electronics, and there are some dock scrapes on the pot side and could use buffing and re-painting. The generator needs a new starter, the A/C needs a new circuit board. ... All in all this is a well sought out and popular boat that can be bought at tens of thousands less than comparable Albin 31 TE's on the market. So there is plenty of sweat equity a new buyer can be taking advantage of.
