Accommodations

There are three decks of living space! Designed for a comfortable livable interior space,. A Cape Cod design flair with oak hard wood floors, wainscoting on the walls and bead board ceilings. All doors are watertight Freeman doors. The entire boat is air conditioned and heated for year around comfort. 

The lower deck is the Crew quarters. Could be used as a stateroom for children. The stateroom offers an ensuite head with shower. A large utility room with full size washer and dryer, additional pantry space. A well laid out engine room that allows ease of access to all components. A work bench adjacent to the engine room is a mechanics delight!

Dumb waiter is located at the bridge level and can be connected again to service all 3 decks.

The 2nd level or main level features the large salon with formal dining area adjacent. A large viewing deck/balcony is aft offering a wonderful seating area in a porch like atmosphere. A fully equipped galley and two guest suites with ensuite heads with tiled shower are located on this level.

All three main level heads replaced Dometic Masterflush toilets plumbed with fresh water.

The third level offers the pilothouse and owners stateroom with walk around bed, 3 closets and an updated ensuite head with tiled shower The large aft sundeck offers a great viewing deck outdoors.  

The boat deck atop the owners suite has the life raft, dinghy hoists and two dinghies with plenty of lounging area.

The foredeck is styled after a Portuguese bridge and offers another spacious area with two electric anchor windlasses.

Deck and Hull Equipment

• Fuel tanks  2 @ 250 gal have been opened and inspected.  Cleaned and gauged for corrosion.
• Hull repairs  include area under the washing machine, starboard side under rubber rub rail and area near the anchor support platform
• Hull has been primed and painted with Awlgrip  summer of 2023
• Bottom paint -Seahawk Cukote  summer of 2023
• Hull corrosion is monitored by Capac system and automatically protected by an impressed current cathodic system.
• Dual Simpson/Lawrence windlasses with 1/2" galvanized chain
• Primary anchor  176lb claw
• Secondary anchor 110lb claw
• Fresh and salt water washdown fore and aft
• Cockpit shower
• Electronic winches for boom and hoist on forward mast
